Crosslinks Tenant Wins Artwork Competition
Thanks A Melon! It’s great to see participant Ellen’s artwork fully realised, into this awesome quirky “thank-you” card. Her first batch of cards was sent to a big graduation event
Crosslinks is a not-for-profit organisation that has proudly supported people with disabilities since 1996. Our team of more than 220 staff provide disability support services to hundreds of people all over the Perth metropolitan area from our base in Midland. Our services include Community Participation, Adult & Youth Social Clubs, Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation, and Support Coordination.
We are a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) registered provider so you can be assured that our services and supports meet the level of quality and safety in the NDIS Practice Standards. Also, as a not-for-profit organisation, our profits are invested back into delivering and improving the services we offer participants.
Crosslinks helps you achieve your Community Participation goals. We provide at-home support and help people with a disability, enjoy and connect with their local community. We start with the goals in your NDIS plan and together we work out what you’d like to do and how to achieve them.
Our Support Coordinators work with you to implement and maximise your NDIS Plan. Our experienced team have worked in the disability sector for many years and have a thorough understanding of the NDIS. They appreciate that plan implementation can be a confusing process and their role is to help you secure quality, cost-effective disability services that are right for you.
