We are on Cloud 9, celebrating our support team’s award-winning disability accommodation service, with Crosslinks winners and finalists at the Disability Support Awards 2024, National Disability Services.

Congratulations to Briana Sebeh on her WIN at the Disability Support Awards 2024. The Category was for “Excellence in Home and Family Support”.

Bri is nominated for her support work with a young woman who found herself separated from her family. She is now living in our (SIL) disability accommodation home. Bri went above and beyond and studied this young woman’s condition in her own time. She learnt about this young woman’s love for animals and, put her in touch with Animal Cuddly Farm. Furthermore, this voluntary position at the Farm could now lead to paid employment – which is fantastic!

A big shout-out to Wendy Breeze and Caroline D’Amico who were also Crosslinks finalists in this category.

Ever since they joined the Crosslinks Crew in 2022, Wendy and Caroline have been shining a light on the six female participants they support across two SIL accommodation houses. They’re not just support workers; they’re inclusion champions. Both making sure everyone they work with feels valued, connected, and ready to take on the world. Significantly, Wendy and Caroline’s dedication to making every day count is a testament to their commitment to truly enriching the lives of those they support.
